Identify the contents
Choose a blank private notebook page and sketch the drawer from above. Record real compartment positions rather than copying a product layout that differs from your drawer.
Compare a suitable place
Name a few broad task groups, such as daily writing tools and occasional paper supplies. Keep sensitive or valuable item details out of a map that may appear in a shared photograph.
Check everyday access
Try using the map to retrieve and return one object from each group. If a label is vague or the location is awkward, revise that part before adding more categories.
Keep the system understandable
Keep the current map near your private workspace record and update it when the contents change. A small accurate map is more useful than a detailed one describing an old arrangement.
A couple of useful questions
Do I need to buy the objects in the picture?
No. The AI image is an editorial concept, not a product listing. Begin with your own suitable objects and actual dimensions.
Is this a tested equipment or health recommendation?
No. These are visual planning notes, not product tests or prescribed ergonomic settings. Use the actual maker instructions and your own requirements for equipment decisions.
