Download the actual artwork
Download the Slate Horizon PNG and preview it on the actual screen. The file is a fixed abstract image and does not install software or change settings itself.
Try it on your screen
Apply it with your operating system’s background controls. Observe where the band boundaries meet the labels and shortcuts you use.
Compare the fit
Compare available fit choices, keeping the desktop arrangement consistent. Stretching may alter proportions; a whole-image fit may add borders on a differently shaped screen.
Keep the right file
Keep the version that is easiest for you to identify at a glance. A neutral-looking preview is not evidence of color calibration or a universal best screen setting.
