Choose the real working set

Choose three clearly understood stages in a private note, such as review, act, and return. Use plain cards to mark positions without displaying sensitive document titles in a photograph.

Reserve the actual footprint

Place only the papers for the current sorting session along the strip. Leave the ordinary working area clear rather than extending the row across the entire desk.

Try the ordinary sequence

Complete one decision at a time and move the paper to its real next location. A category card should describe an action, not simply conceal an unresolved pile.

Keep the useful boundary

Clear the temporary markers after the session. If a paper remains, record its next step privately and put it somewhere you can reliably retrieve it.

A couple of useful questions

Do I need to buy the objects in the picture?

No. The AI image is an editorial concept, not a product listing. Begin with your own suitable objects and actual dimensions.

Is this a tested equipment or health recommendation?

No. These are visual planning notes, not product tests or prescribed ergonomic settings. Use the actual maker instructions and your own requirements for equipment decisions.
